Whatever the chosen solution filtration, should also monitor behavior in order to provide a disciplinary action on the part of the company required. As mentioned earlier, disciplinary action can be implemented in stages from a written warning to suspension to termination of employment. These rules should be detailed especially in the AUP and presented clearly to the employees so that expectations and decisions clearly defined before any action is taken.

AUP defines the need to identify issues of risk management, software vulnerabilities and key employees required behavior. AUP is effective when combined with disciplinary action clearly stated and enforced effectively, companies protect employees, and financial networks. However, the AUP, the most successful AOS will depend a lot on the type of filtering solution choosing a company.
